Located just off the Great Ocean Road, alongside the scenic Anglesea River and Anglesea Surf Beach, the park is ideal for a nature escape, weekend getaway, or overnight stay. Only 90 minutes from Melbourne, it’s an easy and popular choice for families and travellers heading along the Great Ocean Road.

The park offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit all budgets and travel styles, including comfortable cabins, as well as more than 250 powered camping sites for caravans, motorhomes, campervans, and tents. Whether you prefer a cabin stay or traditional camping, there’s something for everyone at Anglesea Family Caravan Park.

Anglesea is a playground for kids of all ages, and the park features excellent family-friendly facilities to keep everyone entertained during your stay. Its convenient location means you’re just a short walk to Anglesea’s shops, cafés, and pub, making it easy to enjoy the town without needing the car.

If you are travelling the Great Ocean Road with your pet, dogs are welcome seasonally on our select dog-friendly campsites or dog-friendly cabins.

When you stay at our Great Ocean Road Parks, your camping fees not only go into maintaining the campground, they are also reinvested back into the magnificent Great Ocean Road coastline in which you are staying. Your fees will go towards maintaining a wide range of public facilities, assets and infrastructure and vital coastal projects that protect and preserve the stunning Great Ocean Road coastline for future generations.

Bring your Pooch! Dogs are welcome seasonally.
Dogs are permitted in our Dog Friendly sites from – February 1 to December 15 (excluding Easter, Labour Day weekend, Melbourne Cup weekend, AFL Grand Final and ANZAC Day weekend, and other dates as may be notified).
Dogs are only permitted in our designated dog friendly cabins. #37 & #38 from – February 1 to December 15 (excluding Easter, Labour Day weekend and Melbourne Cup weekend and other dates as may be notified).
When making a booking online, please ensure you select the Dog Friendly Sites or Cabins option.
