Park Maps & Info

The Great Ocean Road is open for visitors, and we’re open too. Please note Erskine Park in Lorne is back open.

Set in the heart of the picturesque coastal town of Lorne, Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park offers an unforgettable stay along the Great Ocean Road, just two hours’ drive from Melbourne. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, weekend escape, or coastal adventure, the park boasts an exceptional location close to Lorne’s beaches, the Erskine River, and the vibrant shopping and dining strip along the Lorne promenade.

Surrounded by lush bushland and coastal scenery, the park’s camping sites, caravan sites, cabins and glamping accommodation provide a peaceful base to explore the region. Nature lovers can enjoy scenic walks to the famous Erskine Falls, nestled within the fern gullies of the Great Otway National Park, all within easy reach of the park.

Lorne Foreshore Caravan Park is made up of five distinct park areas - Erskine River, Kia Ora, Ocean Road, Top Bank and Queens Park - each offering a range of facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. With powered campsites suitable for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents, guests can choose from riverside locations, beach access, ocean views or sites close to amenities, catering to every style of camping and holiday experience.

Positioned alongside the Erskine River and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and shops, the park also features a variety of cabins and a stylish glamping tent to suit different budgets and travel styles. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, family or solo explorer, there’s accommodation designed to help you settle in and unwind.

If you are travelling the Great Ocean Road with your pet, dogs are welcome seasonally on our select dog-friendly campsites.

When you stay at our Great Ocean Road Parks, your camping fees not only go into maintaining the campground, they are also reinvested back into the magnificent Great Ocean Road coastline in which you are staying. Your fees will go towards maintaining a wide range of public facilities, assets and infrastructure and vital coastal projects that protect and preserve the stunning Great Ocean Road coastline for future generations.
